1. Services

Platinum Appliance Repair provides residential appliance repair throughout Northern Virginia. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing depend on technician and parts availability at the time of your appointment.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• A service call fee applies to all appointments and is waived if you proceed with the repair.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment window.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• Firm quotes are provided on-site after diagnosis. You are not obligated to proceed.
• If additional issues are found during repair, a revised estimate is provided before continuing.
• The price quoted at time of service is binding for that visit.

4. Warranty

• All repairs are covered by a warranty on parts and labor — terms communicated at time of service.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, power surges, third-party component damage, or pre-existing unrelated conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate appliance information and ensure safe access at appointment time
• Have an adult 18+ present during the service visit
• Clear the area around the appliance for safe technician access
• Pay for services rendered at time of completion

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Appliance Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including food spoilage or property damage unrelated to the repair. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair in question.
